Delivery

• How much will postage cost?

To make postage as fair as possible we have built in 4 levels of postage charges. For smaller light weight orders postage is £3.95. For medium sized orders postage is £4.99. For medium to large products or items that need to be sent via recorded delivery £6.25 and for large orders the cost is £12.00. The postage charges will be calculated and automatically applied to your basket. Fabric Superstore will usually use Royal Mail as the currier, but from time to time we may use alternatives such as Evri, DPD or Parcelforce.

• When will I receive my order?

Dispatch time is usually 3 - 5 days. We usually use Royal Mail second class delivery, but we do use different couriers for larger or higher valued products. Once the item is dispatched the item will then typically take between 2 - 5 days to arrive - although we have no control over the delivery times.

• Can you send my item to another country?

At the moment we are only focusing on our UK customers, so at this time we will not be able to accept overseas/international orders.

Returns

• Can I return my item if i change my mind?

Unfortunately as our items are cut to size we cannot offer returns for unwanted items, however if you receive an incorrect or faulty item please get in touch with us by emailing us sales@fabricsuperstore.co.uk with photos of the problem within 14 days of receiving the item we will assist you with arranging a replacement item.
