Can I amend or cancel my order?
Once your order is placed it is unlikely we will be able to amend or cancel your order. However, please email us and if we haven’t processed your order we may be able to make adjustments (but we cannot guarantee this).
Will my order come in 1 continuous length?
For the majority of orders the fabric will be sent in 1 continuous length. On rare occasions it may not be possible to cut in 1 continuous length however we will contact you if this is the case to see if this is suitable.
Do you sell outside of the UK?
We are focusing on our UK customers at the moment, so unfortunately we cannot take orders or send parcels outside of the UK. We hope to expand internationally in the future.
Are you eco-friendly?
We will only use packaging that can be re-used, recycled or is biodegradable. The only exception is if we are reusing plastic packaging that has been sent to us. We do not include paper invoices (you get email confirmation anyway). We are always looking for new ways to save the earth.
Can I order fabric’s as gifts?
Absolutely. When we package items we do not include an invoice (we email you the invoice/order confirmation), the package will not reference any prices paid. We do also sell gift vouchers so the lucky person can select their own fabrics.
What are your opening hours?
You can place an order with us 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. We process and dispatch orders every day. We endeavour to respond to emails within 48 hours.
